artwork requirements

Please email fully-drawn, color vector files in a PC format, Illustrator CS5 preferred (black only for engraving and one color printing). Reference all preferred PMS colors from the Pantone® matching system coated book and outline fonts. Exact PMS color matching is not available for digitally printed items; however colors are within an acceptable range. Email to artwork@promobizusa.com

3rd party or outside shipping accounts ONLY accepted on KeepaKlip orders
Drop/Split Shipment: $12.50 for the second and subsequent destinations.
Dated drop shipment: $20
Handling Charge: $3 per box

Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to California, Florida and Alabama unless appropriate resale certificate is provided.
Inventory is not guaranteed until approvals are received, order is released into production and stock is staged. Please call for availability.
Paper proof charge: the first digital proof is free. Add $15 for subsequent proofs due to customer revisions.
Service charge for cancelled orders: $45 plus all costs incurred prior to cancellation. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Insufficient Funds charge: $25
Over-runs & Under-runs – we reserve the right to ship +/- 5% over or under quantities ordered and invoice accordingly.
Orders requiring exact quantities are charged $40
